Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We receive a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service. Account deletion triggers data removal per our Privacy Policy.
Readstash and Seven Hills Software own all rights to the Service, including software, design, logos, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.
You retain all rights to the content you save using Readstash. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Content saved from X (Twitter) and other platforms remains subject to the original platform's terms of service. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries of your saved content. AI-generated summaries are provided for convenience and may not be perfectly accurate. You acknowledge that AI summaries should not be relied upon as the sole source of information.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability. You should not rely solely on AI-generated summaries for critical decisions.
